there are mainly 3 round Technical (All Questions based on AWS) Management (Management Level ) HR (Salary Discussion) All three rounds are not difficult just need to be more confident and active

Worst experience ever.I attended Hadoop/AWS face to face interviews at the Infosys Phase 2 Pune around 12 noon on 18th May 2019. While all my technical rounds were cleared I was really not happy with the HR round / Salary Discussion round. I was offered a salary which WAS LESS THAN 60% OF MY CURRENT SALARY. Coming at the final stage and giving this reason is really not done by an organization like Infosys. You should have known my current CTC as it was already filled in the application form, you could have sent me home without taking any interview. Is this a gimmick just to increase the headcount for the interviews and show better reports? Please DO NOT WASTE TIME of candidates hereafter.
