Flipkart employs SDA/DA through vendors like ingrainhub and some others. Hiring process is simple. There are 3 rounds. All conducted at Flipkart office, Bellandur, in 1 day face to face.
1st round: Technical screening:Write SQL queries to about 15 questions in 1.5hrs. 2 questions - 5 marks each, 3 questions -3 marks each, and rest 2 marks each.
2nd round: Technical interview: conducted by one of the Flipkart Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst with whom you will be eventually working.
3rd round : Behavioral interview: Manager of the team will go through your projects and explain the profile properly. Results of this round are told to the third party HR and gets communicated to you via phone.
