I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Ingram Micro (Santa Ana, CA)
Interview
I interviewed with four managers for 2 different positions. The interview was not difficult and some managers were more prepared than others. The process took four days to complete and at the end I was offered the job. I also met with the exec running the department. All managers were polite and seemed to have been on the job for more than 10 years.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ingram Micro (Santa Ana, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
Interviewed for 3 different positions in the Marketing Dept. Met with Senior Manager & Director. Each interview was in person 1:1 and each person was very professional, straight forward, willing to share information with me about the position. curious about my past achievements, respectful of my time and seemed very much aware that during the job search process I am/was evaluating other offers and companies. Really made me feel like I would be a valued member of their team. Follow up estimated to be within a week or so and they did give me a job offer within that timeframe. I found the process very professional.
