Interview
The overall recruitment process was very simple. I networked with the recruiters at Career Fair then applied online on their website as well as through our university job portal. I was invited to an interview shortly after, and the interview itself was a very typical behavioral interview which lasted about 30 minutes. There was only one interview on campus.

Why are you interested in pursuing a career in accounting?
Phone screening followed by a proper interview with two managers. In between was a Korn Ferry assessment. I heard back a week after my interview about an offer via a phone call from HR.

They asked why I was interested in working at Ingredion.
Two rounds of interview: recruiter screen and then interview with hiring manager. They were all behavioral questions, and the recruiters were supportive and answered questions quickly. Very comfortable experience overall.
