I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inmind Technologies (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Initially talked to a recruitment staff, who validated my interest, availability and basic competency for the position. After that, met with the hiring manager in an informal setting. After the usual intro, that person went on explaining the history of the company, as well as the detailed roles, responsibilities and challenges involved with the position. Once a good overall picture was painted, he proceeded to ask how I saw myself in that situation, if I was up to the challenge and interested to go forward, and what would be my salary expectations. We then met a second time to go a bit further in our discussion and clarify certains questions on both sides. We finalized the last details over the phone and proceeded to receive an offer which I accepted.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Inmind Technologies (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was contacted by phone 30 minutes after I had sent my resume. The lady on the phone invited me for an interview at the Negotium studio where she asked me questions about my studies and my interests. I was expecting a much more technical interview however this was more of a getting to know you type of interview. It went really well however the team I was supposed to join had cancelled their project so the job offer never came.
