      Marketing Manager Interview

      9 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at InnoBioMil in Dec 2025

      Interview

There was an initial interview with the CEO and the Executive Assistant/CFO. The CFO asked professional and relevant questions, but the CEO seemed distracted and not very engaged throughout the discussion. He challenged my transition from science to marketing, and some of his questions felt inappropriate—for example, asking whether I had a family. I was later offered a second in‑person interview, which I declined. They took over a month to respond to my request for clarification about the hybrid working arrangement, and they also stated they would not cover travel expenses. While they were not obligated to do so, the trip would have required traveling a long distance and was beyond my budget.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Explain wy you would be ideal for this job, what experience do you have, how do you work in a team. What do you know about the CMO market, where would you try to start a partnership and with which comapny concerning our portfolio etc.
