I was referred by a friend who was already working there, a telephonic round followed by a personal interview with middle management. after that i was subjected to the co founders where i was asked to complete a task related to my job title.

Interview
First a written test was conducted in form of IQ and skill test.After the first round a personality development test was conducted to check the overall personality and to check the fluency in communication. After that direct interview took place.
