Innovative Management Solutions Group interview questions

Sent in my resume, was met by the company president and managers for one interview. After that the offer was extended to me and I was given the weekend to decide. Questions weren't really asked, just the President explaining the compensation structure and emphasizing income potential. It was an intense meeting and there was little information offered on work-life balance or anything else.
