Interview
A manager or two will take you into a room or an office and go over a few basic CSR related interview questions, takes about 20 minutes or so. The interview process is fairly easy if you have previous CSR or call center experience, but could be difficult if you have never worked in a customer service environment.

Basic CSR related interview questions, "describe what great customer service means to you"..."describe a time you had to deal with a really difficult customer and how you resolved the issue"...etc.
