Interview
I was headhunted by the M.D. and called in for an interview the same week with the M.D. and a manager. I received feedback from the agency to say I was "the benchmark" and the M.D. wanted me to meet another manager to finalise his decision and put in an offer. After 8 weeks of putting my life on hold (I declined other offers as I really felt this was the role for me) and throwing numerous excuses, Nick then decided to withdraw the role! Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate of him.
