InsideIIM interview questions

The interview was very brief and short, the interviewer asked basic profile related questions, and asked what was there on my resume, some academic questions (stream related, BBA) and how would you be helpful to us, that's it. It was so easy.

I was given a fictional task based on which they wanted to see my thought process to how I will manage if given the job. The task was based around increasing reach of the website.
