I interviewed at Insight Global Consulting (Dallas, TX)
Interview
It was very friendly, and they almost seemed to ask more questions about my life than my professional experience. They were nice, but a bit intimidating. Not too sure the best potential work environment.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Insight Global Consulting in Jun 2025
Interview
Intense, personal, informative. it felt overly focused on sales buzzwords and energy over substance. Go in with a clear idea of what you value in a workplace culture. The process moves quickly, but it may not be for everyone.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global Consulting (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2024
Interview
I was contacted about a PM/Scrum Master position about a week after applying. The initial interview was via phone and was your standard compatibility interview. The second interview was via Teams later that week. During that interview they dove into work history, and technical questions. All in all pretty standard interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were of course the standard why apply with us, what are your strengths, weaknesses. The more interesting questions were on specific things I had encountered as a PM or Scrum Master, how to handle client changes to scope, how to manage up, protecting your team from interruption or requests from stakeholders.
