interview processed felt based on first impressions, not tied to the ability to deliver. definitely need to be outgoing to succeed it seemed. I was targetted by a recruiter for a first round and then did in person. I was rejected after the first in-person. This was also 4 years ago at this point.

Tell us about yourself? What are your long-term goals?
Panel interivews with three leaders together. They do asked a lot of questions about your resumes, projects, skills etc. Also asked questions about your personalities and characteristic. Behaviour questions are also included.
The first screening was virtual and I didn’t continue after that. Questions were straight forward and there was good dialogue. I believe the rest of the process is virtual as well

Really nice and vocal on what they are looking for. Preparing was made very easy by the talent acquisition specialist that helps you along the way. Very encouraging and gives good tips on how to succeed.
