Interview
There are 3 rounds of selection. The first round is a case study assessment, where you have 3-4 days to complete a PowerPoint slide analysis based on some data provided to include the visualisation of data with key takeaways and a summary of the findings. You are given an Excel document with a bunch of data which you then have to transform into PowerPoint slides.
They replied within 2 days to confirm the second round, which is a physical interview with a senior manager on the team. Half of the interview involved asking market-research related questions and gauging your interest and understanding of their work, the other half was discussion of your completed case study.
My interview was rescheduled on the day itself, around 4 hours before the agreed upon time from a week ago. While not entirely inconvenient for me, it could be so for others on tighter schedules.
I was told that the third and last round would be with a director, however, I was ghosted after the second round of selection.
