The interview was terrible because the interviewer was 30 mins behind the agreed upon time. Futhermore they didn't apologise for making me wait. Also they made fill out this application form asking for details and job related questions. The interview was way to quick were nothing of importance was discussed . The manager didn't discuss the job role at all and mostly focused on this promotion scheme where you could be a manager in a few months. Which by the way its not possible to be a manager in a few months if you are just applying for a entry position role. On top of that the manager didn't read my CV because they asked me dumb questions like what jobs did you do before etc. Also because she kept reading the application form they make you fill out even though you gave them your CV. The manager spoke so fast that I couldn't bring myself to care what they had to say because they were talking to me like those advertisers who speak fast at the end of those old commercials. Lastly the manager said there was a 9 am-6 am day in which you spend you time shadowing others however why would anyone do this if the interviewer explained nothing about the actual job.
