It takes a week. But so good and very professional interviewer. So good as well for now. I don't know to other applicant if we have the same experience but for me it's good.

It consists of 3 parts: Initial Interview, Assessment and Final Interview. The Initial Interview questions are just basic. If you pass it, you will go directly to the assessment where you will do a mock call. And if you pass, you will go through series of tests. And if you pass all of it, you will now proceed to the final interview. You will be asked behavioral and situational questions. There will be follow-up questions and you have to elaborate your answers clearly. Confidence is the key. Avoid filler words.
