InstaShop Full Stack Developer interview questions

There was not a lot of questions from them. As my part I was asking questions about the role and how they organized the tasks etc. they didn’t answered and seems very confused as they don’t have any way to measure the tasks. I was understated they did not follow any method. The answer of cto was that he is 50 years old and used to work a lot of hours, over the 8 hours, just that, and he expected to do the same and their slaves.. oops sorry I mean coworkers. Also many times works at weekend! The time of not working, they demand to be available to work if this is necessary. No testing la are implemented. The call with CTO was the worst! This guy has no experience to hr at all, no soft skills and impressive low Emotional intelligence. He started the conversation with really bad attitude and became rude almost immediately starting repeating the blame that I am not a trustworthy person and with attitude wonder why he must take me to his company. He didn’t allow me to talk and response to his accusations. His Mansplaining was outrageous about my cv told me that the perfect cv is his cv and I have to check this to LinkedIn. (He has 2 jobs only 😂) Stay away from this company! Read the reviews and decide then. They trying to manipulate your emotion! This company makes me sick!
