The recruiter reached out to me and requested a phone interview with a link, but suddenly changed the date. On the rescheduled date and time, the recruiter did not show up and ignored my attempts to contact them. This absurd situation was incredibly frustrating, and I never want to experience something like this again. I hope employers and recruiters will respect the time of job seekers.
