4 interviews were given virtually with different members of the team to determine if i was a good fit for both myself and the company. Everyone I met with was very positive and welcoming!

The whole interview process is quite lengthy and time consuming. I will elaborate. Received a call from HR Recruiter and had an interview over the phone. Next was an interview with the director over the phone. Next was a video interview with VP. Next they had me do a case study which took an hour. Next face-to-face interview with director (again), HR, and one of the supervisors. I did not get a job offer.

The interview included me and another person with two managers in Human Resources. I have been in a group interview before however this was different. The interest in me was clear they had none they were more geared to the person sitting next to me I answered my questions but the other person had experience and I was not even being considered it was obvious from how they spoke to me. I was feeling it and felt that is not a fair assessment of one's abilities although she was very qualified in her experience. They split us and when the one manger shook my hand she said I won't see you again so good luck with your job search. I stopped dead in my tracks I knew right at that moment I did not get it and the other girl was directed to meet the heads of the company. I was so hurt. It was my age.
