Integrated Enterprise Solutions interview questions

2 phone interviews, online personality test, then 2 face to face interviews all in different days each. Took place over 5-6 week period . About 7-8 hours of actual time spent. I took time off and lost money, only to wait 3 weeks after the final interview for a response. After multiple email enquiries from myself, I find out they hired someone else. First was a 1/2 hour call with the consultant. The second call was with a manager and was supposed to be 45 minutes...he had me on the phone for 3 hours. Then I met 3 hours with him and the same consultant. A week later I had a 1 hour meeting with the owners. All turned out to be a total waste of my time and lost revenue. Suggest you folks take this into consideration with any future potential hires you look at.
