Applied a Job hunting site. Was emailed and scheduled in person meeting. Had the option to video call. Showed up in person and spoke with the SVP of Tech & Process. When I received the email informing me they would work with another candidate, the SVP was very thorough to help me out by explaining what she believes my weaknesses were.
