Intelgic PHP Developer interview questions

One word to describe this experience would be DISGUSTING. In the two rounds of interview I'm have been asked junior/fresher level questions though I'm a experience developer, but the disgusting part is after completing 2 rounds of interview they called me and told me you're shortlisted and we can offer you maximum 3.5K DECREMENT. if you had a strict budget in your mind then why you wasted my time, you already know my last drawn before the interview. You should clarify about your budget before the interview, and don't waste the time of job seekers.
