It was a simple discussion with HR head and Business Head about my skills and my views on the digital revolution on Banking. The process didn't last beyond 45 minutes.

Mostly straight forward questions related to my past experience
Interview taken by CHRO and Global L&D Head. Interview flow was really good and it more of a discussion than an interview. Panel made me comfortable before asking questions. Post interview, feedback was immediately shared and the team was quick on offer roll out.

Interview
I had 2 rounds of interview post shortlisting of my CV. Last round was taken by the Hiring Manager and the Function Head. Good thing was that the recruiters were quite active on providing me the feedback. Post my second interview, I got a confirmation in just a matter of 30 mins.
