very short and concise. assessments were long though, learn how to type fast and make sure your maths and english are up to par as the assessments are mainly based on that. obvioulsy make sure you kow how to answer customer care scenarios

The interview process is quite extensive, so be prepared for about 2 psychometric e-skills assessments, a typing test, and a normal face-to-face interview. The training process is also rigorous, but fear not, however be prepared to be thoroughly trained to perform the job well.
