HR dept. will call us for interview. Finance Manager or other senior person from accounts dept. will take interview. Once it is successful, HR will call for salary negotiation. They will negotiate to the maximum possible. They will try their best to reduce the package. Once agreed, they will issue offer letter.

1. What was the turnover and other financials of previous company? 2. And ratios in the previous company?

Interview
It was a Walk-in interview in Dubai. They wanted candidates with UAE experience but they failed to mention that in the job announcement. I went for Dubai maritime city to attend the interview but it was not a bad experience. The HR was friendly and at the end she told me that she would keep my CV for any openings in the near future.
