Interview
Video application, assessment day, 45 min cultural interview, 45 min technical interview (2 People in each interview). A 10min presentation is required.
The 'technical interview' did not consist of any truly technical questions.

The first interview was a recorded video answering various questions regarding personal achievements and skills relating to the role. The second interview was via Microsoft Teams. The two people interviewing me were really kind and created a relaxed atmosphere.
