Informal, easy and quick. It is scheduled over email and can be done virtually or in-person. You get asked a couple of questions pertaining to job tasks and requirements, availability, and most of the more basic interview questions. They are a small firm, which you will be asked if that is something you are comfortable with.

Will you be able to assist in marketing photoshoots and/or project installations? (They are usually pretty long- at least a full work day and a couple hours extra- and can be arduous depending on your task. They usually are a Friday event, but can happen during the week, so if you are in school, it is something to keep in mind).
