I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at International Refugee Assistance Project (New York, NY) in Oct 2023
Interview
There was a long questionnaire with questions about DEI and past experience, then a virtual interview, then a take-home theoretical assignment, and finally another interview. Each event happened a month apart, so it was a long process. Although they said they would let me know either way, I had to follow up to find out I was rejected.

Interview
The interview I participated in was conducted by highly skilled professionals, and it was impressively well-organized. They exhibited kindness and politeness throughout, posing relevant questions aimed at assessing the suitability of my experience for the role.

Interview
Similar to the recent review added, after a questionnaire and two panel interviews (where one person literally said they never ghost interview candidates), the organization completely ghosted me after a several months-long process. Interview questions asked were not standard and do not reflect the job position description, nor do I believe serve the purpose of finding the right candidate for the job.
