It is a multi-step, highly professional process complete with HR discussions, technical interviews, and team fit discussions. The process took about 4 weeks. The third party technical interview was comprehensive.

Interview
Talked with the recruiter, who arranged for a technical interview with eTeki. The interviewer was a decent sort. He told me that he thought I'd be a good candidate for the position, but they decided not to go forward. Perhaps the interviewer was trying to be kind, perhaps they were never serious about considering me in the first place. Regardless, it was a waste of time.

Long and detailed. They will make sure to make the right hire. They do this through phone, in person and a personality review. They make sure that interviewees want to work at intertech as much as they want to make the hire.
