Interview
HR folks are quite decent. But I noticed quite unprofessional behaviour from COO & director level people. They wants to hire superheroes who can do everything with perfection. They do not give clear idea about budget at time of previous rounds . When you have actual discussion about your compensation they almost start to ask you humiliating questions which you may not be comfortable to answer. Specially COO i found creepy. He makes sure he pressurises candidate as much he can. Then just be expressionless infornt of them or in case you try to give smile they may think you are not serious about them. Believe it or not this was worst & unprofessional interview I ever had in my 7 years of tenure. Typical Indian mentality & work place politics.
