I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intevity (Draper, UT)
Interview
This interview process was three rounds, and it was a very thorough discussion of their company culture, their goals/KPIs, and how they plan to achieve them. The conversation with the team of interviewers was very smooth, and I felt valued as a candidate throughout the process.

Question 1
Why are you looking for a new opportunity, and what do you hope to find in this search?
The process took a whopping 6 weeks, lacked communication, and ended in flat out lies. After applying in early August and going through a screen, hiring manager interview, and 2 panel interviews, I had yet another interview with the hiring manager 5 weeks into the process. During this interview, I was told I was being moved to the final interview, and that the Executive Assistant would be reaching out to me to get it scheduled. Well, another week went by, and, after being ghosted by the EA, I contacted the hiring manager. It was at this point, she decided to change her entire story and tell me they were NOT moving me to a final interview…..WHAT?! “The team liked you, I am moving you into the final interview, so and so will reach out to schedule it with you,” to legit crickets and an “unfortunately” email.
I’ve interviewed plenty in my life, and also been on the other side of the fence, and I’ll be perfectly honest in saying this worst interview process I’ve ever experienced. Not only did I sometimes go 2 weeks without communication between rounds, I was flat out lied to by someone I, at one point, wanted to be my manager. What a shame.

Question 1
Tell us about a time an implementation didn’t go as planned. The panel interviews were back to back and ridiculously fast paced (only 30 minutes each). I couldn’t even catch my breath, so be ready.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intevity in Oct 2016
Interview
I spoke with the HR manager on the phone, and we had a casual yet structured conversation in which I was asked to describe past work experiences, and talk about my familiarity with software tools.
