Interviews were scheduled quickly although although the VP interviewing asked me to interview twice and one call was to build the job role. The role changed titles from Director to Senior manager and back again throughout the process so it is perhaps unclear what they want. The people I interviewed with certainly seemed very friendly and excited for the role to be placed, however, I was surprised to get a rejection email stating I was overqualified after they put me through every round.
