      Anonymous Interview

      8 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit

      Interview

The interview process is organized. It includes an initial interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager and finally a panel interview (duration 3.5 hours). During the 3.5 hour panel interview you are required to put together and present a project review and a case study. The case study focused on the job and work that I was applying for. The presentation in 1 hour in total. After that, you meet with each of the panel members for more interviews. I felt like it was a lot of work to ask of a candidate during an interview process. It also seemed like the interviewers rely heavily on the content in the presentation and did not ask enough questions during the individual interviews to gain a better understanding about my experience, cultural fit, etc.
