I was contacted by the recruiter. She then setup a meeting with the hiring manager. I was told that would be brought onsite to meet the team. A few days later, I asked the recruiter on the status of the onsite, she said they decided to have an additional screening done. They picked someone who had no connection to the actual role. He said he was there to validate my technical knowledge. The tone of the questions was like "I will show you that you are not technically fit for the job"... it was very demeaning and condescending...
