Applied on website. Was scheduled for 1 hour of phone screen. The people who called me were very pleasant and asked solid basic Java questions. Was called for onsite. Was given a craft demo project. I spent a lot of time working on this. I was also told to present a portfolio of my work. I spent quit a bit preparing for this. But the interviewers did not spend much time on asking me questions on this because they did not have enough time. When they did ask few questions they kind of rushed through. Looks like they had prepared themselves to hear specific answers and when I had different opinions, they moved on. They told me they will go through the code I submitted previous day (24 hrs prior to interview) and get back. I felt I was not given enough time.
