Phone interview and skills testing was a little difficult if you have no technical knowledge. They ask you about situations and you have to respond how you would react. Typing test must be at least 35 words per minute. They encourage you to ask questions about the company and your doubts regarding your strengths and weaknesses. Fairly easy interview if your comfortable in your own skin.
