      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Atlanta, GA) in May 2025

      Interview

The interview process was thorough, but overall pleasant. I had a preliminary recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager call, and a subsequent panel-style presentation interview with a team of three cross-functional interviewers, followed immediately by short individual conversations with each of these stakeholders. Unfortunately, the company made the decision to freeze hiring for this role at that stage, so I was unable to proceed further. While this was disappointing, I know it's not uncommon in the current SaaS job market.

      Interview

Contacted by recruiter after applying. Process started with a phone screen, followed by a proctored pre-recorded interview, and live interview. The live interview required me to present solutions to two case studies.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Intuit (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2026

      Interview

The process was straight forward and very easy. I did my recruiter screening and immediately was pushed forward to the next step which was a recorded question and answer session which I did the next day. After the hiring manager reviewed my recording they moved me to the final step which was a Case Study presentation. While not the easiest case study, I was given plenty of time to prepare and encouraged to reach out to them with questions so I was fully ready. After I did my case study, I was told by the team I would hear a decision back by within a week, but they reached out with a verbal offer less than 5 hours later, and a full written offer within 24 hours. Couldn't ask for a better or more straight forward process, can't wait to start the new role!

      Question 1

They dug in to my case study to make sure I comprehended what I presented and then asked a little bit about my background and how it fits in this role.
