I participated in two interviews—one online and the other in person—and received an offer via email, which led me to resign from my previous position. However, I was later informed that my application would not be proceeding due to organizational restructuring, and the position was put on hold. This notification came after I had two weeks remaining in my notice period at my previous company. Additionally, I later discovered that the company continued to hire for the same position. This was a disappointing outcome. I would advise others to carefully consider their job future at Involve Asia, as company stability and communication may be areas of concern.

The interviewer was super rude, displaying a lack of basic respect or courtesy, and impatient, often rushing through the interview or becoming visibly irritated when I was speaking. She smirk dismissively at my experience responses in a way that felt more like an attack. Throughout the conversation, she maintained a poor attitude, coming across as arrogant, disinterested, and thoroughly unprofessional for a hiring manager . This behavior reflects poorly on her team’s culture.
