It included a resume based shortlisting and then, an aptitude test onsite. After the aptitude, there was a technical and an hr interview. The aptitude test involved 40 questions in 30 minutes. The technical interview lasted fro about 20-30 minutes and included the basics of sql, dbms, html, css, and javascript.
In my last interview process, I began with an initial screening call with a recruiter, where we discussed my background and the role's requirements.
