Interview
The interview process has two parts: an initial interview via phone call and an in-person behavioral interview. I was interviewed by three HR officers at the same time and each of them had a set of questions.

These are non-verbatim. They focused on situational questions (problem solving, work ethic, conflict resolution) and probing questions about the experience and skills I indicated in my resume.
Q: Recall a time where you improved a process by coming up with a solution.
Q: Was there any unjust complaint towards you from a person you worked with? How did you handle it?
Q: Share a failure and what did you learn from it.
