The interview process went relatively quickly. There was ease of scheduling calls, however the process seemed very automated and there was no interaction in between calls. The recruiting team had zero communication during the process and didnt respond to over a handful of emails I reached out with. It was a total of 6 rounds with no presentation.
The final interview was very awkward and not professional. The SVP of Global CS did not have any interview questions ready, he was not familiar with my interview process up to that point and generally felt like he was bothered even joining the call and rushed to get off.
All my other interviews were great! Employees seem great with great culture, one interviewer offered to stay on for extra time to see all my questions through and gave very honest and direct feedback. They felt like good conversations and more bidirectional compared to other interviews I have had.
After weeks of interviews and making it to the final round, I received an automated email "saying they went with someone else" though days later they reposted the job listing. No other messages were replied to asking for feedback.
