This was the strangest interview I've ever been to. I would have been in and out within 5 mins if I hadn't kept the conversation going. I met two managers, one was clearly stoned - he may be a medical patient, but still unprofessional for an interview.
When I asked about compensation they said, "Uh, I think it's 11?" Which is below minimum wage in that area, but they reassured me that I'd make up the difference in tips.
They didn't have any clue how to interview someone or sell their position to me, so I left feeling like I would decline if I recieved an offer.
They promised they'd reach back out within 48 hrs to make me an offer or decline, neither happened but a better dispensary hired me at a higher wage anyway.
