Terrible employers! Terrible firm. I’m a recent grad from a top university - I worked hard and was extremely well prepared for the interview. 2 mins in and I was explaining the design process when the owner of the firm clearly told me she wasn’t interested in the process and only asked me to answer question regarding salary. Don’t work for this firm- they don’t care about design or architecture or people in ethics in general.
