Interview
I was referred by a current employee to interview for the job. They were in a rush to fill the position so I bypassed the phone interview and went straight to the in-person. They interviewed me as a group to save time. All and all it was straightforward and what you would expect. I had no problems at all with anything.

Interview
The Interview was scheduled through Telecon, Video conferencing through Skype, which was offered to by due to my interaction with the Hiring Manager at JP Morgan Chase. The process was very tedious but it happened with a matter of days.

Question 1
1. Talk about the important elements in my CV
2. You have organized many events over there at your college level:
a. What were the steps in which you organized those events (How will you organize the event)?
b. How many were involved?
c. What was the biggest challenge that you faced?
3. What can you explain to me about the Marketing and strategic plan that you prepared to launch a new shirt in London.
4. When a customer comes up with a agenda that you need to launch a new shirt, what are the 50 things that you need to give him to launch this shirt.
5. What would your student and professor comment about you.?
First step was a phone interview with the Regional Manager, then once I passed the phone interview I was asked to meet in person with the Regional Manager for a face to face interview, after that I then was scheduled for another face to face with the Regional and District manager's. I was then sent an offer letter.
