I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Jun 2010
Interview
Recruiter called about the position, screened my background and qualifications. Within three weeks, I was notified that the hiring manager (based in London) would be in NY. A face to face interview was scheduled. Meeting took place in a small conference room in one of their main buildings in downtown NY. Questions were very specific around my experience and probing around the types of work I enjoyed and did not enjoy doing.
