I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Bengaluru) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was told to reach the venue around 12.30 and was asked to wait for my turn. It was a diversity inclusion drive, so I saw only female candidates. The office premise is really nice and the overall experience was very positive. They had arranged for refreshments for everyone and the HR was cordial and engaged in casual talk since there was a significant amount of waiting.
I had 2 technical rounds asking questions about HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript. The interviewer was encouraging if I got stuck or provided solutions that needed improvement. Mostly logical questions were asked and object oriented concepts in JavaScript.
I was the last one to leave but the HR provided me feedback on the area of improvement in the end and told that I could try some other time as my profile is not shortlisted.
I really appreciate the fact that a proper feedback was shared and even I learnt from the interview questions.

Interview
I have never experience this kind of interview in my life. The interviewer was so rude. In start of the interview itself she was so damm rude that even people who know things that also they can't answer. I understand you work for big company in big position. But the interview should be more like conversation and helpful. Instead of make candidate feel this low. Please respect the candidate.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (New Delhi)
Interview
The interviewer didn't even ask a single question about the technology that he was interviewing for. I had applied for a react js developer role, he didn't ask anything from html, css, JavaScript or reactjs for that matter. He kept asking questions from java, database,Git commands, how to create a code deployment pipeline. I am not even sure if he was aware of what technology he was interviewing me for. Highly unusual and unexpected from a company like jp Morgan. Kindly go through the resume before shortlisting candidates!! And please ask questions from relevant technology!!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Sept 2019
Interview
The interview happened in one day.I cleared all the rounds. Was contacted by HR after 2 days to share payslips and other details. After another 2 days HR calls and says position is filled and that she would consider my profile for another interview for a different project.Corruption at its peak. They can't afford so they didn't give offer.i would have had no problem if they would have denied me directly. But they asked me to interview again. It seems like they have converted from product based to service based
