I applied online (cover letter and resume). I was contacted via email for an interview (one day event in fall 2012). An asset management analyst interviewed me over the telephone. It lasted about 30 minutes. We discussed my prior experience at an investment management internship and he asked me how I researched stocks, and I read aloud one summary I had written. He also asked me why I was interested in asset management. He asked me all behavioral/fit questions. I was able to ask him some questions about how JP Morgan fits portfolios, and I asked about his background of finance.
