I applied and interviewed with the a panel of managers. They asked about skills that I use in my current job and if I am familiar with Excel. They took turns asking questions which lasted for almost 1 hour.

Interviewed for position first of January, offer made the folloinwing monday, fairly easy process, basic behaviorial questions you would find in any customer service focused interview
