First complete the Pymetric test, then coming with a video interview consisting of 5 questions, each recording 2 mins length. Then being invited to the final Superday with a group case study and 3 back-to-back individual interviews

Intensive. The expectation was to network with a few members of the coverage group you are targeting before the formal application is submitted. Pretty standard for an investment banking MBA internship process.

Are you familiar with what the hours will look like? Are you comfortable with that?
I was asked to take a Psychometric Test. There is not much you can do to prepare for this test, it is aimed to get an idea of the interviewee- risk appetite, decision making etc. The test followed by Hirevue interview- all questions were motivation based.
