Interview
The process is great but the questions are not.
Three interviewers
Some basic behavioral questions and many technical questions
Better to make yourself aggressive and capable, rather than a good team player
First round: CV
Second round: Hirevue
6 or 7 questions. Mostly behavioural plus 1 or two "technical" questions. Every question can be recorded twice.
Third round:
Group work plus three interviews.
No offer in the last round.

Interview
It was conducted virtually. Most of the questions were basic. There were technicals on valuation models, with a focus on DCF. Some topics in the behavioral include leadership, personal initiative, multi-tasking skills etc.
